Forbes publishes list of most scandalous elections
Forbes Magazine has published the list of the most scandalous electoral processes of the previous decade.
The list is topped by the 2003 parliamentary elections in Russia when the country's Central Election Commission announced that the voter turnout was 11 percent in Chechnya and Ingushetia.
The March 2008 post-election clashes in Armenia are also included in the list.
