Khachaturov issues secret orders?
"We shall not keep silent" youth initiative has recently observed weird things in the central recruiting station in Yerevan. Specifically, the initiative states conscripts partly eligible for military service are sent to serve in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic by the secret order of Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov.
"If we consider Artsakh to be a hotbed of tension, then we should send healthy soldiers there. Do they want to weaken the borders of Artsakh by sending their unhealthy boys?" said the initiative, urging the competent bodies to deal with the matter.
According to the initiative, the "order" has stirred up a conflict in the military which resulted in the resignation of the chief of the medical commission of the central recruiting office.
