Opposition adopts Declaration
The Russian opposition ended its rally at Bolotni Square. The rally was organized by "Yabloko" Party with the slogan "For Fair Elections".
Interfax reports that the action brought together the "White Ribbon", "Parnas", "Solidarity", "Memorial", "For Human Rights" movements and the Moscow Helsinki Group.
The rally participants adopted a Declaration the text of which was published by one of the founders of "Yabloko" Party Grigori Yavlinsk. The Declaration was the repetition of the demands for the Russian authorities during the December 10 rally. They demand declaring the results of the December 4 Russian State Duma elections invalid and bringing falsifiers headed by President of the Central Electoral Commission Churkov to justice.
In addition, Yavlinsk has suggested forming a "List for Churkov" and including the names of all members and presidents of the electoral commissions that have participated in the falsifications, demanding them to be brought to justice.
