Demanding PM’s resignation
"Mr. Prime Minister, if you're a man, step out"-this is what citizens are screaming in front of the government building. The government is in session.
Those demanding that the Prime Minister come out are the residents of building #127/1 on Nor Aresh Street . They live in a buiding that is prone to accidents and their demand is that the Prime Minister solve the issue.
Resident Seda Saghatelyan told "A1+" that the walls have cracked and water flows under the building. The action participants demand that the Prime Minister prevent the disaster that Yerevan may face.
Joining them are the residents of homes prone to accidents in Sari Tagh district.
The residents were also joined by the owners of farms in the Dalma Gardens who screamed "Kamo Areyan, Thief", "Corrupt Prime Minister" and demanded PM Tigran Sargsyan's resignation.
With signs reading "Recognize the right of the tenants of Dalma Gardens to property" and "Fulfill our demands", as every Thursday, today the owners of farms in Dalma Gardens demanded the restoration of their rights that had been violated. By the government's decision, they have been deprived of the lands that they have cultivated for so many years.
Among participants of the action are the relatives of soldiers that have been killed in the Armenian army in peace or, according to the official version, have committed suicide, as well as other citizens with a civil stance.
