Bako Sahakyan presents NKR stance
On December 14, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at the 5th Congress of the Artsakh Union of Freedom Fighters and delivered there a speech.
"Nagorno-Karabakh is for the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh issues through a direct dialogue. I have repeatedly said and I am ready to reiterate that we are ready to adequately retaliate against the enemy's encroachments. Any step threatening Artsakh's freedom and independence will receive an adequate response and even more," said the Artsakh President.
Primate of Artsakh Dioceses of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan, Armenian defense minister Seyran Ohanyan and other officials partook at the event.
