Naregatsi founder under two-month arrest
The court of general jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts ruled to apply a two-month initial arrest as a precautionary measure against founding President of Naregatsi Art Institute Narek Harutyunyan.
He was arrested by two State Revenue Committee employees this morning and is charged with not paying taxes.
