Arthur Abraham to face Pablo Farias in Jan
Germany-based Armenian professional boxer Arthur Abraham will make his hotly-anticipated comeback on January 14 when he takes on Argentina's Pablo Oscar Natalio Farias in Offenburg, Germany. Pablo Farias has held 19 bouts and a single defeat.
"I want to put on a good fight for my fans," King Arthur said. "Of course I have learned from my defeats. But now is the time to look ahead and get ready to fight again. I want to win back the hearts of my fans, and in order to do so, I need a convincing victory. January 14 will be the start of something new for me. I want to begin the new year with an exciting victory and then set my sights on a world title again."
It will be Abraham´s first fight since losing to WBA Super-Middleweight Champion Andre Ward in the semi-finals of the Super Six World Boxing Classic.
Abraham continues to work with trainer Uli Wegner who has great expectations from the boxer in the upcoming fight.
