Cars moving from Lars
Georgian Minister for Infrastructures and Territorial Development Rama Nikolayishvili has assigned to start the move of Armenian trucks at the Higher Lars passing point with the help of trucks provided by Armenia, Rama Nikolayishvili assured during a telephone conversation with RA Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan.
All the cars that were left stranded at Higher Lars passing point due to snow and heavy winds will be moved after the establishment of an Armenian-Georgian joint enterprise for solving road issues. Armenia and Georgia are currently holding talks.
The RA Ministry of Transport and Communication calls on drivers to move toward Higher Lars only after receiving official information about the state of the roads. The ministry provides information, which is posted on the ministry's official website.
