Starting 00:00, all political parties have kept silent since they are prohibited from campaigning.
Nobody can disseminate materials or publish articles on the elections in the media. The ban also refers to didactic materials, including signs, flyers, posters and slogans.
The Russian parliamentary elections will be held tomorrow.
