Enters Georgia through tunnel from Russia
Citizen of the Russian Federation Henry Madoyan has been arrested for violating the rules for crossing the border with Georgia, reports Novosti Gruzia.
The Russian citizen of Armenian origin on November 28 entered Georgia from Russia through the Royan Tunnel in Tskhenva region. Henrik Madoyan was arrested by border guard police of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs stationed in Karbi village of the Georgian Shida Qartli region.
Madoyan will pay either a fine or will be sentenced to four years in prison.
