People ask Ombudsman to bring love to their families
Support A1+!Armenian Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan gets disappointed every time people ask him to defend them in court and help restore justice.
Andreasyan says he also disappoints people when he says that he does not deal with similar issues.
The Ombudsman also receives calls from people who get stuck on the way or have conflicts in their families and ask him to settle the family discord.
"They ask me to bring peace and love to their families," said the Ombudsman.
Sometimes people ask Andreasyan to settle the conflict in a day. "We explain that the matter is much more complicated and requires at least a month or two. "If you cannot help us now, what is the use of your service?" they say in reply," said Andreasyan.
He urges people to apply to the Ombudsman's Office with right questions and informs everyone that the Office continues to serve people.
The Ombudsman is an independent and autonomous public official who implements the rules and procedures for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms which are being, or have been, violated by state and local governmental bodies, as well as their officials, elected or otherwise.
