"It's the same story and buffoonery. The Ministry of Justice has been involved in this since August," Vice-Chairman of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party (Ramkavar) Harutyun Arakelyan said in an interview with "A1+". Arakelyan transmitted the protocols of the November 20 congress on his election as the party's chairman to the state register of the RA Ministry of Justice.

"Now the state register has accepted those materials as proceedings and will have to review them," Harutyun Arakelyan said. We remind that he had appealed to the RA State Register and had presented the protocols of the party's November 20 congress, which had to recognize Edward Antinyan's powers as the party's chairman as invalid and register Arakelyan as chairman.

Head of the Department for Control of Legitimacy of the State Register for Legal Persons and the Activities of Non-Commercial Organizations at the RA Ministry of Justice Arsen Babayan informed that on November 23, Chairman of the ADLP (Ramkavar) Eduard Antinyan had filed a complaint against the start of state registration.

The ministry's control department started proceedings because according to the law, the subordinate agency, in this case, the state register has no right to continue the process of registration until the proceedings aren't over and until they haven't taken a decision.

Arsen Babayan told "A1+" that according to the order established by the law, the proceedings will end in a month, an administrative act will be adopted and only after that will the state register have the right to continue the registration process.

As far as the criminal case instigated against Harutyun Arakelyan for his allegations fired at the Prime Minister, the Vice-Chairman of the ADLP (Ramkavar) said he wasn't depressed.

"I send faxes to the Prime Minister via the media. He should prepare for an interrogation. We have presented the investigator with 42 initial sources that have provided us with the information," Arakelyan told "A1+".

When will you release the facts? In response, he said: "I will release them whenever I want. I'll see how the process goes. There are 200 pages of information from 42 initial sources. When they digest that and interrogate, and if there is a need, then I will be ready to support. If not, we will still give the information, but through faxes. Let them look and study."

Having such a database, why did Harutyun Arakelyan take such a step right before the elections? "That's how I wanted it to be. I am a free citizen. I have the right to conduct studies, come to conclusions and make them public, especially since we are dealing with public property. I didn't have to ask anyone for permission for such issues according to the RA Constitution," Harutyun Arakelyan said.
