Police on Belgian Congressman
A criminal case has been instigated against Belgian citizen Luke Vadevale and preliminary investigation is underway. This is what employee of the department of public relations and information of the RA Police Armen Malkhasyan told "A1+".
Vadevale has been charged under the attributes of Points 1 and 2 of Article 258 (3) of the RA Criminal Code for hooliganism. According to the RA Police's official press release, Luke Vadevale and his wife, Gayane Vardanyan yesterday entered high school N 94, disputed, swore at the teachers and students and disturbed the school's regular activities.
Luke Vadevale's wife, Gayane Vardanyan yesterday told "A1+" that the reason for the dispute was because the school wasn't heated and had demanded that each student pay 3,000 drams to install a heating system. After that, the parents had called the hotline of the Ministry of Education and Science.
The Ministry of Education and Science is preparing to respond to this incident.
