Deputy Minister receives attaché
On November 28, RA First Deputy Minister of Defense D. Tonoyan received military and military-air attaché of the Russian Embassy in Armenia, Colonel Y. Vasiliyev.
Taking into account the common approaches on reformas taking place in the Armenian and Russian Armed Forces, the sides discussed the issues of organizing and improving instruction in Russian universities, the perspectives of bilateral collaboration and collaboration within the framework of the CSTO in education and the preparation of specialists.
Taking into consideration the federal ties between Armenia and Russia, to ensure the compatibility of the military instruction systems, the sides attached importance to the programs for preparing soldiers, the continuation of efforts for systematizing the requirements in the descriptions of qualifications, as wel as the need of developing approaches on the teaching methods, reports the MD press service.
