OYK rules out ANC-BHK cooperation
Heritage Party MP Armen Martirosyan is ready to welcome the cooperation between the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) and ruling coalition member Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), if, of course, it becomes reality.
In his speech at the recent ANC rally, opposition leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan expressed readiness to cooperate with the BHK if it leaves the ruling coalition.
Republican Party MPs declined from commenting on Ter-Petrosyan's statement; moreover they did not want to make any predictions on BHK's alleged withdrawal from the coalition government.
"It is not we who must discuss the issue," RPA MP Karine Achemyan said.
"BHK has 26 MPs, go and address your question to them," advised RPA Spokesman Edward Sharmazanov.
BHK is waiting for the return of its leader Gagik Tsarukyan who is in Dubai.
ARF-Dashnaktsutyun has adopted a new policy: they are ready to talk only about themselves.
Only Khachik Harutyunyan of the Country of Law Party (OYK) ruled out the possible cooperation between the ANC and BHK.
