Left without subsidy and electricity
The family of Arpenik Ghazaryan from Gyumri has not been receiving subsidy for four months now and now they also don't have electricity.
Arpenik Ghazaryan, 40, has sent her 14-year old daughter Sona to the Trchunyan Home orphanage and lives in garage 025 of territory 206 of Bulvar in one of the suburbs of Gyumri with her one-and-a-half year old child.
Arpenik has appealed to Shirak Center and has asked the representatives to visit her. It was 10 degrees cold outside, but the heater wasn't on. The family is saving fuel, which are the wet branches broken from trees nearby.
The parents or relatives usually pick their children up from the orphanage every weekend and take them home, but Arpenik didn't go to pick her child up since her neighbors can no longer give her loans for travel and food.
