A criminal case under Article 258 (1) (hooliganism) was instigated against businessman Ashot Ghazaryan. He fired shots near building #64 on Zavaryan Street in Yerevan in a drunken state last night.

The hunting gun is legal and belongs to him. Ashot Ghazaryan was released after signing a document at Kentron Police Headquarters.
