CIS Inter-Religion Council session in Yerevan
Leaders and representatives of the conventional religions of CIS countries (Christianity, Islam, Judaism and Buddhism) will participate in a session of the presidency of the CIS Inter-Religion Council to be held in Yerevan on November 28-29.
Among participants of the meeting will be His Holiness Kiril I, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russians and His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
Chair of the Department of Muslims in the Caucasus Sheikh-Ul-Islam Allahshukyur Pasha Zade and Patriarch Ilia II of All Georgians are also expected to participate in the session, reports the Mother See information office.
