Proceeded with PM’s statement
The RA Prosecutor General's Office has received RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan's appeal to study the claims mentioned in citizen Harutyun Arakelyan's statements and instigate a criminal case according to those statements, reports the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
The Prime Minister's appeal, as well as Arakelyan's open letter that the Prosecutor General's Office received on 22 November 2011 (the author had released the content during a November 21 press conference) today were sent to the chief investigative department of the RA Police to proceed through preparation of materials.
Attached to the appeal and the open letter, the fax that the RA Ministry of Justice received from H. Arakelyan on November 18 was also sent to the RA Police.
