Turkey sets new prerequisite
Turkey demands that Armenia close down the Metsamor-based nuclear power plant as another prerequisite for ratifying Armenian-Turkish Protocols, Sinan Oğhan, member of Turkey's "National Movement" party told Azerbaijani media.
He pledges to do everything to thwart the inclusion of the document in the agenda of the Turkish parliament if Armenia fails to meet their demands.
Earlier, Mustafa Boskir, chairman of the Turkish Grand National Assembly's committee on foreign relations, announced in Baku that ‘the protocols will not be brought to the parliament floor, as long as he is a parliament member.'
"I declare that the opinions of Azerbaijan and Turkey coincide in all issues," said Boskir
