Armenian Deputy FM receives Senegal
The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Senegal to Armenia Mamadou Salious Diouf (seat in Moscow) presented the copies of his credentials to Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Manasaryan.
Congratulating the Ambassador on appointment, Minister Manasaryan expressed confidence that the friendly relations between Armenia and Senegal would continue developing and deepening.
Ambassador Diouf assured his interlocutor that he would do his best to contribute to the development of bilateral ties.
The officials discussed a broad range of regional and international issues, attaching special importance to the cooperation within international organizations, particularly the UN, UNESCO and the International Organization of the Francophonie.
At the request of the guest, the Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister presented the latest developments in the process of settlement of the Karabakh issue.
