Who is taking revenge over whom?
Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Galust Sahakyan says the incident connected to businesswoman Silva Hambardzumyan is simply a debate in the media.
"The media has created confusion and is constantly provoking. That is why I can't believe in the media's information, much less that woman's statements," Galust Sahakyan said.
Silva Hambardzumyan has declared that Governor of Syunik province Surik Khachatryan beat her with his hands and feet several times at one of the halls in Armenia-Marriott Hotel.
Galust Sahakyan promised to give evaluations after the law-enforcement bodies' examination, but he knows one thing for sure. "Revenge is a factor here. A person can complain, but if he sets a period for serving in prison, that is a matter of revenge."
