“We are ready for any challenge”
Can citizens of Armenia be rest assured that there are efficient soldiers defending the borders? This is what H1 Armenian Public Television's journalist asked the Minister of Defense.
"I believe that every army passes the test of efficiency during combat.Guided by the principle of "ensure advantage with excellence", we are coming to the conclusion that our soldiers are truly meeting the objective. We took that test during the Artsakh war as well, and our soldiers prove that with their heroic service today as well. In the last 17 years, as a result of our soldiers' service, we are now facing a situation where we are keeping our country and the region away from military operations. At least we have done everything possible through the process of solving the Artsakh issue so that our opponent refrains from solving the issue through military operations. I don't know how long that will go on, but I am sure that no matter how the army is and no matter what challenges our country faces, we are ready to defend the land. In that sense, we would like to feel the warmth and support of our people and the parents", the minister said.
