Armenian FM receives Japanese Ambassador
Japan's newly appointed Ambassador to Armenia, Takehito Harada presented the copy of his credentials to Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
Congratulating the ambassador on the appointment, the Armenian FM noted that Armenia attached importance to developing comprehensive relations with Japan and expressed hope that the Japanese ambassador would contribute to the strengthening of cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador Harada thanked the Armenian FM for the wishes and promised to do his utmost to reinforce bilateral ties. The interlocutors discussed a wide range of international and regional issues.
At the request of his guest, Edward Nalbandian presented the latest developments in the Karabakh peace process.
