Kirakossian hands Nalbandyan’s letter
RA Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, Ambassador Arman Kirakossian handed RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan's letter on his appointment to Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) Tibor Tod.
Greeting the newly appointed RA Permanent Representative, the Executive Secretary expressed satisfaction with the cooperation with Armenia, praising the signing and ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty. Tibor Tod presented the organization's issues and activities.
