Environmentalists not leaving Trchkan yet
Participants of the action are not planning on leaving Trchkan Waterfall, even though they have already accomplished their goal of seeing the end of construction of a hydro-electric station.
"Let's Save Trchkan Waterfall" initiative activist Gevorg Vardanyan, who is currently at the tent camp set up near the waterfall, told "A1+" during a telephone conversation that they would stay near the waterfall until November 7 since they had things to do.
"We have scheduled a tree-planting on Monday. We will also clean the territory and remove the tubes that had already been installed," the activist-environmentalist said.
He also mentioned that a festive rock concert with the participation of many fans from Yerevan will take place in Nalband village on November 6.
