Thieves on large Russian road
Law-enforcement bodies should control road constuction due to the large number of thefts. This is what Russian President Dmitri Medvedev announced during a meeting with members of the "Edinaya Rosia" Party, according to Gazeta website.
"The road construction program should be perspective in the context of the country's overall advancement. It is very important to have a reasonable budget for construction. Those who are lazy are not the only ones involved in robbery," Medvedev declared and instructed law-enforcement bodies to control the implementation of road construction programs.
