Defense Minister to give explanations Nov 1
Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan is said to have submitted his resignation to Serzh Sargsyan. The move is accounted for the recent non-combat deaths, suicide and bullying in the armed forces.
Talking to A1+, Defense Ministry Spokesman David Karapetyan refuted the news, saying Seyran Ohanyan is going to answer all questions and concerns on Tuesday in an interview to a local newspaper. Karapetyan did not reveal any further details.
