Against traffic rule violations
Participants of the "Miasin" Youth Movement today organized a flashmob at the Mashtots Avenue-Sayat-Nova Street intersection for following traffic rules.
With papers reading "We can avoid all this" and posters reading "Shame" and "Let's Follow Traffic Rules", the participants greeted all citizens crossing the street by violating traffic rules.
"We have organized many events against the violation of traffic rules and today we have also put on a play. In the play, death approaches the pedestrians that have violated traffic rules, hands out papers and reminds them that it is waiting for the right moment," Movement coordinator Gevorg Vardanyan said.
The flashmob participants will continue their plays against violations of traffic rules in other sectors of major streets in Yerevan.
Let us remind that 1.3 million people die from road accidents and 50 million receive injuries of varying degrees every year.
