ANC senior representative Vladimir Karapetyan does not rule out that Armenian and Russian Presidents may discuss political process in Armenia during their meeting in the Russian capital.

"Russia is our military partner however I think that Armenia's political issues should not be discussed with any other country, even with Russia," Karapetyan told A1+.

Speaking about HHK-BHK relations, the ANC official said, "I do not like to comment on their relations. But I can definitely say one thing, the HHK is responsible for the March 1 slaughter, rigged elections and the ten victims. I assume that the BHK has decided to keep away from a discredited party."

If the HHK decides to bind its coalition partners with a new memorandum, will it affect the outcome of presidential elections?
In reply to the question, Karapetyan said, "ANC has changed its programs after the recent nonstop rallies. If earlier we called for snap elections, today we call for Serzh Sargsyan's resignation. We must focus on this issue instead of discussing the relationship between the coalition parties."

With regard to the OSCE mediators' regional visit, the ANC representative said he did not expect serious changes.
Karapetyan explained his stance by two things, "After ten meetings, the Russian Presidents failed to bring the sides closer. The upset equilibrium between the forces was beneficial for Azerbaijan. Today, Azerbaijan is doing its utmost to make international structures adopt a number of documents, including the construction of Kars-Akhalkhalak-Baku railway and export of hydrocarbons. These are Azerbaijan's priorities at present.
