One arrested in soldier death probe
Serviceman Armen Zakaryan has been arrested in connection with the death of his fellow serviceman Vladimir Asatryan who reportedly shot himself with a submachine gun earlier in October, while on military duty in the north- eastern part of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
As reported earlier, Asatryan's was found dead in a military unit in Martakert on Oct. 9, with names of soldiers and officers written on his palm. He was supposedly driven to suicide by these people.
Armen Zakaryan is charged with Article 360 of the Armenian Criminal Code.
