Azerbaijan delegates diusappointed in Bucharest
Thanks to the efforts of the Armenian delegates, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly didn't adopt any anti-Armenian resolution - something sought by the Azerbaijani delegation.
The information was provided today by Armenian delegates Karen Avagyan and Stepan Safaryan who attended the NATO PA session in Bucharest on October 7-10.
According to the Armenian delegates, unlike the previous resolutions, the draft resolution on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, was neutral and balances which stirred up indignation and disaapointment among Azerbaijani delegates.
Safaryan and Avagyan assessed their activity in the NATO PA over the past 4,5 years to be active and effective. They have pasrticipated in numerous debates over Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh and presented their positions and proposals.
