Cows put on display in Northern Avenue
Under a decision of Armenian Government, the third Sunday of October will be marked as Day of Agricultural Workers.
This year, the holiday coincided with the World Food Day celebrated on October 16.
A harvest festival was organized in Yerevan's Northern Avenue on Sunday. The event brought together farmers from different part of Armenia who displayed their products in separate pavilions.
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and Agriculture Minister Sergo Karapetyan attended the festival and walked around the pavilions. The festival was organized by Peoplemeter Company.
