INTERPOL Secretary General in Yerevan
Serzh Sargsyan today received Secretary General of INTERPOL Ronald Kenneth Noble.
Greeting the guest, Serzh Sargsyan mentioned that Armenia praises INTERPOL's global mission.
"We consider Interpol's role in the fight against crimes pivotal and wish to deepen relations with INTERPOL," Serzh Sargsyan said.
According to the head of state, Armenia views efforts with INTERPOL as an opportunity to increase the level of professionalism of Armenian police. Serzh Sargsyan praised Ronald Kenneth Noble's personal contribution to the upgrading of INTERPOL.
INTERPOL's Secretary General underlined that Armenia and INTERPOL's National Central Bureau have a high reputation.
Serzh Sargsyan thanked the INTERPOL Secretary General for continuous support to the National Central Bureau and underlined that the cooperation in the fight against crime is simply a necessity.
