Kocharyans defeated “Zhamanak”
The Administrative Court of Appeals today denied "Zhamanak" daily newspaper's appeal against the verdict reached by the Civil Court on June 6, 2011.
We remind that the court had obliged "Zhamanak" daily newspaper to pay 3 million drams to Bella and Sedrak Kocharyan for releasing information that hurt the family's honor and dignity.
The plaintiff's lawyer Nikolay Baghdasaryan told "A1+" that the court had also denied the plantiff's petition to postpone the charging of 90,000 drams for court expenses.
