Serzh Sargsyan receives Charles Aznavuor
Serzh Sargsyan has received Armenian National Hero, world-known chansonnier Charles Aznavour, his impresario Levon Sayan and French art workers Gerome Revon and Stephan Gato.
The interlocutors dwelt on the recent reciprocal visits of the Presidents of Armenia and France, saying it reflected the decades-long friendship between the two people and will be a impetus for further development of relations.
During the meeting, the Armenian leader awarded Aznavour's impresario Levon Sayan with an honorary medal for his contribution to Armenia-France ties.
Jerome Revon and Stefan Gato were awarded with Mesrop Mashtots Medal for their significant contribution in cementing Armenian-French cultural ties.
