By Serzh Sargsyan's decree, State Minister of the French Republic, Minister of Foreign Affairs Alen Giupe received the St. Mesrop Mashtots Medal for his notable contribution to the strengthening and development of Armenian-French friendly ties, as well as the deepening and expansion of interstate cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the French Republic; French Minister for Industry, Energy and Digital Economy Erik Beson, Minister for Cooperation Henri de Rencour, Minister for Transport Tieri Marian, State Secretary for Foreign Trade Pierre Lelush, Special Advisor to the President of the French Republic Henri Geno, Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the French Republic Jean-David Levit, French Ambassador to Armenia Henri Renau, Advisor to the President of the French Republic Frank Louvrie, Chief of Staff of the French President Giyom Lamber, Head of the State Protocol of the French Republic Loran Stefanin and Advisor to the President of the French Republic Damien Loras received the Medal of Honor.
