No comment from CC President
Unlike member of the Constitutional Court Valery Poghosyan, Gagik Harutyunyan has not had any meetings with U.S. officials after the 2008 presidential elections in Armenia.
Mr. Harutyunyan refused to give a comment on his court member's talks with U.S. Embassy offiicals.
"There will be no comment at all because it is not up to us to give commentaries. Either ask Poghosyan, or the ambassador or the parliamentarian that appointed him. I don't have the right to comment on this or that action taken by a judge," Gagik Harutyunyan said.
