“Republicans moving to PPA”
Leader of the "Republic" Party Aram Sargsyan today advised the people to not treat the Republicans' words seriously since "the Republican Party couldn't have held a sitting strike with the people for seven days in a row".
"Even if the Republican Party spent a million dollars, people would still leave the rally. People, they are actually afraid of us. This party forms the majority and its representative is the president," Aram Sargsyan said.
He added that the ANC's only demand is to hold snap presidential elections a year earlier.
"I am amazed when pro-government representatives tell me that we put up the tents in the wrong place. I can understand if a police officer says that. It turns out that the government doesn't understand what we're demanding," Sargsyan said, laughing.
In his speech, Sargsyan compared the government with Msra Melik, which struck blows to David of Sasun three times. Aram Sargsyan simply advised the government to pull itself together.
"The government is not going to have any spots in the presidential or parliamentary elections because you are over," Aram Sargsyan said.
Sargsyan also informed that his friend from the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) had told him that the Republicans give the PPA several times more membership cards than they give the ANC.
