President of Belarus Lukashenko today publicly expressed his gratitude to the leaders of Eastern Partnership countries, including Serzh Sargsyan for showing support to Belarus.

"A1+"'s partners in Belarus transmitted the following entitled "May Your People Know The Truth".

"I would like to express my gratitude to my friends and partners for the tremendous support, even without my request. It is very costly and Belarus will return the favor," Lukashenko announced.

Lukashenko reminded that several European countries had tried to "apply instructive penalties" against Belarus, and in return, Belarus will take part in the Eastern Partnership Summit at the level of Belarus's Ambassador to Poland Victor Gaisenko.

"They probably weren't expecting that. They thought Belarus would be pleading. If they try to humiliate us again, we will no longer represent our country at that level and won't participate in the Eastern Partnership Summits at all," Lukashenko said.

He informed that the Eastern Partnership had formed a resolution that hadn't been approved by Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, despite the EU's pressures.

"In addition, they actively defended Belarus and announced that the Europeans weren't treating Belarus correctly," Lukashenko announced.

Unlike the countries that showed Belarus support, Poland supported the resolution and frustrated Lukashenko. "The Poles are always troubled. According to them, Poland's western border crosses Minsk. The Poles' attempts to take half of our country will be in vain. As long as I am living and as long as I am the president of this country, they won't fulfill their dream," Lukashenko announced.
