Yerevan citizens injured in landslide
Seven citizens were taken to ‘Alaverdi Medical Center' after yesterday's major landslide in northern Armenia, near Ayrum station.
According to the Ministry of Health, they have suffered minor skull injuries and fractures of the chest bone (without damage to internal organs), forearm and other parts of the body.. The injured were sent home after receiving appropriate medical care.
Another injured was taken to a medical center in Noyemberyan with a closed fracture of the right calf's hoof and a fragmentary fracture of the heel bone.After plaster immobilization the patient was discharged.
All the injured passengers are Yerevan citizens.
