In his speech, Chairman of the Armenian Pan-National Movement (HHSh) board Aram Manukyan informed that the government had never closed down roads leading to Yerevan like it is closing them down now.

"They have used all of their administrative resources to make citizens not participate in the rally," Aram Manukyan announced.

He called on the gathered not to lost hope and bring with them the poor, the desperate, the disappointed and scared people to the Square.

"I understand that the people are solving a psychological problem after the events of March 1 and the bloodshed. But we have to be unbreakable. We have to be able to overcome the moral-psychological pressure and believe that we must all stand up and make the dictators leave," Aram Manukyan announced and called on not being afraid and show the will to achieve the final victory.
