Many people at Freedom Square already
Several police officers have been standing near Freedom Square just hours before the ANC's rally. Besides that, groups of police officers dressed in civil uniforms are going around the city, ripping signs and flyers reminding people of the rally from walls and columns.
Evelina Hakobyan has been participating in the ANC's rallies for three years with the hope for justice to be served. "I always participate in the rallies. Our protest is to get this junta out of this country. They ruined this country," Evelina told "A1+".
People are here because they have different issues and, according to them, the only way to solve them is change of power.
"We have come because we have a problem with earning money. We have no jobs and no hope. I receive a 30,000 dram pension, How can I live with that?" Sahak Muradyan said.
