ANC activist and police officer face-to-face
Armenian National Congress activist Artak Karapetyan today came face-to-face with police officer Karen Hovsepyan.
Artak Karapetyan gave a detailed description of how the police officer had attacked him. "The police officer obviously denied everything," Artak's lawyer Stepan Voskanyan told "A1+".
Let us remind that a criminal case had been instigated against 7 ANC activists after an incident between ANC youth activists and police officers near Swan Lake in Yerevan.
Out of the 7 activists, only Tigran Arakelyan is in prison. A signature to not leave the city was selected as a precautionary measure for five of the activists, and Artak Karapetyan was released for a pawn worth 3 million drams.
