Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Bernard Fassier (France), Robert Bradtke (United States), and Igor Popov (Russia) and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. The meeting was held in New York on Thursday evening.

The meeting focused on the talks over the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict.

Minister Nalbandian reiterated that unless Azerbaijan calls back the ten proposals made in the Kazan-hosted trilateral presidential meeting earlier in 2011, there can be no progress in the peace talks.

The interlocutors also dwelt on the implementation of the agreement on investigations into incidents along the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Karabakh armed forces. The agreement was reached in an Astrakhan-hosted summit in October 2010, reports the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
