Gurzadyan awarded
By the RA President's decree, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor, academician of the RA National Academy of Sciences, Grigor Gurzadyan has been awarded the St. Mesrop Mashtots Medal on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia and for notable achievements in science and education.
President Serzh Sargsyan today visited the prominent scientist, handed the state award, expressed gratitude for his great merit in science and mentioned that it gave him unique pleasure to hand the award a day before the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.
