“Opportunity for reinstatement was given”
"Having an independent state is the dreram of all nations," Justice Minister Hrair Tovmasyan recalled the historically established truth, recording the fact that by fate, Armenians turned their dream into a reality in 1991 and had the opportunity to reinstate their statehood.
"Today we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Third Republic, and I congratulate everyone on that occasion. Alongside the achievements, we also have numerous issues that require solutions. I hope that the primary goal of our state, which is entering the stage of becoming wise, will be to create conditions for a dignified life for Armenians," as stated in the minister's congratulatory message.
