Ceasefire violation
Ceasefire violations on the Karabakh-Azerbaijani line of contact have notably increased in the past two days.
According to the NKR Defense Army's Department of News and Propaganda, the Azerbaijani army's frontline subdivisions fired nearly 450 shots with arms of different diameters and violated the ceasefire regime over 100 times on September 18 and 19.
"It should be mentioned that these active attacks on the part of Azerbaijan are unprecedented on the threshold of the festive days in the NKR and Armenia, and according to us, it is after having an impact on the events that are being organized and, of course, the mood of Armenian society," as stated in the NKR Defense Army's statement.
Understanding the opponent's intention, the NKR DA commanders assure that the Karabakhi forces are not only capable of pressuring the enemy's aggression, but are also capable of giving an adequate counter-attack in case of need.
