68-year old attempted suicide
At around 15:40 on September 14, the RA Crisis Management Center received an alarm about a suicide attempt.
The operative group of the Crisis Management Center and the on-duty group of the rescue squad found out that a citizen was trying to throw himself from the public balcony located on the 14th floor of building #40 on H. Shiraz Street in Yerevan.
After preventing the suicide attempt, it turned out that that citizen was resident of apartment #101, building 103 of the 16th district, Melkon Gasparyan (born in 1948).
