Medvedev turns 46
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, the youngest leader in Russia's modern history, turns 46 on September 14.
Medvedev will stay in Moscow on his birthday and is not planning to take part in any public events, presidential spokesperson Natalya Timakova told journalists. The president is going to celebrate his birthday with his family and friends in the evening, she said.
